Affiliate Agreement

The terms that apply when you refer businesses or drivers to MoveIt Delivery and earn commissions.

Effective date: 2026-08-06
Business: MoveIt Delivery

This Agreement governs your participation in the MoveIt Delivery affiliate and referral program. The commission rates below are the current defaults and may be changed by MoveIt Delivery at any time as described in Section 9.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By opting in as an affiliate, generating or sharing a referral code, or earning any commission or credit through the program, you agree to this Affiliate Agreement and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years of age and legally entitled to earn income in Canada. Affiliate status is separate from your user role; any customer, driver, or other user may opt in.

2. The program

As an affiliate you recruit businesses (customers) and drivers to MoveIt Delivery using your unique referral code. When a referred party completes a qualifying delivered job, you may earn a commission or bounty as set out below. You may also earn commissions on the recruiting activity of affiliates you refer, through a multi-level upline structure.

3. Commission structure

Business referrals (commission tied to the referred customer, regardless of which driver delivers):

  • 15% of the referred client's initial (first) order.
  • 4% permanently on every follow-up order.

Driver-to-driver referrals (commission tied to the recruited driver, paid to their referrer):

  • $10 per completed shipment the recruited driver performs, up to a total cap of $100 (i.e. the first 10 shipments). The bounty stops at $100 even if a per-shipment amount does not divide evenly; a partial final payment brings the total to exactly $100.
  • 2% override of the pre-HST non-fuel subtotal on every job that driver completes (permanent, no cap).

Upline (pyramid) trickle: each ancestor up your recruitment tree earns an additional 0.5% per level, up to six levels upline, on both business and driver commissions. A suspended affiliate earns nothing and blocks their own upline from earning through them for that period.

4. Commission basis

All percentage commissions are calculated on the pre-HST non-fuel subtotal of a delivered job (the job price minus the fuel surcharge), because the fuel surcharge is a full pass-through to the driver. The driver bounty is a flat per-shipment amount and is not affected by the subtotal. Commissions are earned only on jobs that reach delivered status with a final price; cancelled, refunded, or reversed jobs do not earn commissions, and reversed jobs may claw back previously accrued commissions.

5. Payouts

Commissions accrue in a ledger as pending when a qualifying job is delivered. MoveIt Delivery marks commissions paid on a manual, approximately weekly schedule. MoveIt Delivery is not a party to any tax obligation you may have; you are responsible for reporting and remitting your own taxes on earnings. You must keep your payout email current; MoveIt Delivery is not liable for misdirected payments caused by an out-of-date email.

6. Company affiliates and credits

A company affiliate earns the same rates as above but paid as internal MoveIt credits rather than cash. Credits accrue with a 30-day expiry (configurable), auto-apply to the company's own shipments at booking (oldest-expiring first) against the non-fuel subtotal, and are not redeemable for cash unless required by law. Applied credits are consumed; cancelled bookings restore the unused portion with its original expiry.

7. Prohibited conduct

  • Self-referral: you may not refer yourself, and you may not earn commissions on your own bookings or your own driving activity.
  • Spam and unsolicited contact: you may not send marketing messages to people with whom you have no existing relationship, or use purchased lists. You must comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
  • Fraud: creating fake accounts, colluding to generate jobs solely to earn commissions, or misrepresenting MoveIt Delivery is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of commissions and termination.
  • Brand use: you may use your referral code and approved MoveIt branding in good faith. You may not imply you are an employee of MoveIt Delivery or make promises about pricing or earnings beyond what the platform publishes.

8. No guarantee of earnings

MoveIt Delivery does not guarantee that you will earn any commission. Earnings depend entirely on the number and value of qualifying delivered jobs completed by parties you refer and by their downline. The multi-level structure is offered as a growth incentive and is not a representation of likely income.

9. Changes, suspension, and termination

MoveIt Delivery may change commission rates, caps, levels, expiry periods, or other program terms at any time; changes apply prospectively to commissions earned after the change, and your continued participation in the program after changes are posted automatically constitutes your agreement to the updated terms — if you do not agree, you may stop participating and terminate your affiliate status at any time by contacting bookings@moveit.delivery. MoveIt Delivery may also suspend or terminate any affiliate (and stop the upline chain through them) for prohibited conduct, fraud, inactivity, or any abuse of the program. The program may be paused or discontinued entirely at MoveIt Delivery's discretion; accrued but unpaid commissions at the time of discontinuation will be honoured only for jobs already delivered. Termination does not affect commissions already earned and paid, or amounts already owed, which will be settled as applicable.

10. Dispute resolution

Disputes will first be addressed informally by contacting bookings@moveit.delivery. If not resolved within 60 days, the dispute will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered in Toronto, Ontario under the applicable rules of the ADR Institute of Canada, by a single arbitrator, except that either party may bring claims for non-payment or injunctive relief in the courts of Ontario. Each party waives any right to participate in a class action or class arbitration.

11. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
