Frequently asked questions

Do my prepaid credits expire?

No. Subscription prepaid credits have no expiration. If you're also a company affiliate earning referral credits, those earn with no expiry while your subscription is active too.

How is the discount shared with the driver?

The tier discount reduces the job price the same way a promotion does. Because driver payouts are calculated from that job price, the discount is shared with the driver through the standard commission split — MoveIt doesn't absorb it separately.

Is the advanced coverage insurance?

No. MoveIt is a platform, not an insurer. We arrange/facilitate enhanced declared-value coverage up to your tier limit through the carrier's declared-value mechanism. Full details are in the Subscription Terms.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?

When you pay by card, yes — your subscription auto-renews (annually or monthly, your choice) until you cancel, and the recurring charge converts to spendable credits just like the initial fee. You can cancel auto-renew anytime from your dashboard; benefits continue until your paid-through date, and any credits already on your account never expire. If you pay by Interac e-Transfer, the subscription stays a one-year term with manual renewal — simply repurchase to extend.
