How do I book a delivery?
Request an instant quote on our homepage or quote page, choose your date and time bracket, and submit the booking form. A dispatcher confirms the job before pickup.
Can I see live availability?
Yes. Our quote form shows open time brackets in real time. Capacity updates as bookings come in, so you only reserve slots that are actually available.
Can I order more than 12 pallets?
Yes. A single vehicle typically carries up to 12 pallets; larger orders are split across multiple vehicles by our dispatch team so everything still arrives on schedule.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is based on zone, number of pallets, service level, and accessorials. Volume discounts apply for larger loads, and fuel surcharge is applied to line-haul only. See our quote form for an instant estimate.
Can I get same-day delivery?
Yes, when capacity allows. Same-day service adds a 25% multiplier. Rush 2-hour windows add 60%, and exact-time delivery is a flat $75 upgrade.
Do you handle residential deliveries?
Yes. Residential or no-loading-dock deliveries add a $35 accessorial fee for the extra ground-level handling with a tailgate or liftgate.
How do I track my delivery?
Every job gets a tracking code starting with MIT. Enter it on the homepage or your customer dashboard for status updates, geo-tagged before-and-after cargo photos, and the signoff from the person on-site at delivery. Estimated arrival times are shown now; live GPS tracking will expand in the future, and drivers can volunteer more accurate updates at any time.
What happens if my postal code is outside your service area?
Your request is saved as a pending quote and a dispatcher will review it and contact you with a custom quote.
Do I need to book in advance?
Next-day bookings can usually be made the day before. Same-day and rush require available capacity. We recommend booking as early as possible.
What proof of delivery do you provide?
For every delivery we capture geo-tagged before-and-after cargo photos and a signoff from the person who accepted the freight on-site. These records are attached to the job and accessible through your customer dashboard and the public tracking page.
Who actually delivers my freight?
MoveIt Delivery is a website and dispatch platform, similar to ride-hailing apps. We connect you with approved independent drivers and local carrier companies who perform the actual delivery with their own insured vehicles. The transportation contract is between you and the driver or carrier that accepts your job.

Can my company sign up multiple trucks?
Yes. Select “Company with Trucks” on the driver application. One account can represent your fleet, and dispatch can assign jobs directly to you or open them to your drivers in the marketplace.
How many vehicles can I add?
There is no hard limit. Enter your total vehicle count when applying; each vehicle contributes to your available capacity.
Do drivers need to be employees of my company?
Yes, your drivers are employed or contracted by you. MoveIt Delivery provides the jobs, proof-of-delivery workflow, and payout to your company.
How are jobs assigned to our fleet?
Dispatch may assign jobs directly to your company account, or post them to the marketplace where an approved driver from your team can claim them.
Can we set capacity per truck?
Yes. Each vehicle can be rated from 1 to 12 pallets based on its actual cargo capacity.
