Who We Are
MoveIt Delivery is a locally operated dispatch and delivery platform. Similar to ride-hailing apps, we connect businesses, contractors, and individuals with approved independent drivers and local carrier companies who perform deliveries using their own insured vehicles across Toronto, the GTA, Hamilton, Guelph, Barrie, and everywhere in between.
From a central GTA location, we have fast access to the 401, 403, 410, 407, QEW, and 400 corridors. That central position lets us offer same-day and next-day service across a wide swath of Southern Ontario.
Network Fleet & Equipment
- Approved independent drivers and carriers use tailgate-equipped box trucks and similar vehicles.
- Per-vehicle capacity: up to 12 standard pallets. Larger loads use multiple vehicles.
- Safe payload up to approximately 5,443 kg (12,000 lb).
- Pallet jack and straps included for safe handling.
- Geo-tagged before-and-after cargo photos captured at pickup and delivery, plus signoff from the person on-site.
How We Work
- You request a quote online with pickup, delivery, pallets, and preferred time bracket.
- Our system checks live capacity and gives you an instant estimate.
- A dispatcher confirms the job, assigns the driver, and sends status updates.
- The driver picks up, captures a geo-tagged before photo of the cargo, and delivers on schedule.
- At drop-off, the driver captures an after photo and records a signoff from whoever is on-site; you receive full proof of delivery and can pay by e-transfer or Stripe.
