Tier 2: The Family Standard
The most popular choice for family-sized homes in the GTA. Best for: 2–3 bedroom homes, larger townhouses, or expansive condos.
- Crew & Equipment: 3 Professional Movers + 1 Large Moving Truck.
- Premium Protection: Full shrink-wrapping of all upholstered furniture and double-blanket padding for wood/glass.
- Floor & Home Protection: Use of floor runners and door-jamb protectors to keep your old and new home scuff-free.
- Basic Disassembly: We take apart standard bed frames and dining tables for safe transit.
- Wardrobe Box Service: Use of up to 4 wardrobe boxes on moving day for your hanging clothes.
- Organized Placement: Items are placed exactly in the rooms you designate at the new location.
Tier 3: The Estate Move
A premium, high-capacity service for larger homes or complex moves. Best for: Full 3-bedroom houses, premium residences, or moves with heavy/delicate items.
- Crew & Equipment: 4 Professional Movers + 1 Large Capacity Moving Truck.
- Complete Setup: Full disassembly and reassembly of all complex furniture (beds, desks, shelving).
- Max Protection Kit: Includes mattress covers, TV protection crates, and extra padding for high-value items.
- Multi-Level Expertise: Dedicated strategy for homes with multiple flights of stairs or difficult access.
- Priority Booking: Preferred access to peak dates (weekends and end-of-month).
- Dedicated Lead Mover: A senior crew lead to manage the inventory and workflow for maximum speed.
To maintain transparency, the following terms apply to all residential bookings:
3-Hour Minimum: All jobs are subject to a minimum 3-hour labor charge.
GTA Travel Fee: A flat fee equivalent to 1 hour of your tier’s rate is added to cover the truck’s transit to and from our yard.
Heavy Item Surcharge: A one-time fee of $150 applies to items over 250 lbs (pianos, safes, etc.).
No Tracking: We do not provide GPS tracking. Your crew lead will call you 30 minutes prior to arrival at both pickup and drop-off.
Payment: We accept Credit, Debit, and E-Transfer. HST (13%) is applicable to all totals.
