What areas do you serve?

We provide pickup and delivery services across the entire Greater Toronto Area (GTA), including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Oakville, and surrounding regions.

What is your maximum capacity?

We are equipped to handle everything from single-item deliveries up to 10 standard skids (pallets) or the full contents of a 3-bedroom home.

How do I pay for my delivery?

We accept all major credit cards, E-Transfers, and business checks (for pre-approved commercial accounts). Payment terms will be outlined once your order form is processed.

Do I need to be present for the pickup/delivery?

Yes, we require a responsible party to be present at both the pickup and drop-off locations to sign off on the inventory and condition of the items, unless prior “contactless” arrangements have been made.

Are there items you cannot move?

We do not move hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or illegal substances. If you are unsure about a specific item, please mention it in the “Notes” section of your order form.

Are you insured?

Yes. Moveit.delivery is fully licensed and insured, ensuring your household goods or commercial freight are protected throughout the entire transit process.

How do I book a delivery or move?

All bookings are handled through our Online Order Form. Simply provide the pickup/drop-off details and a description of the load. Once submitted, our team will review the details and confirm your slot via email or phone.

How far in advance should I book?

To ensure your preferred date, we recommend booking 3–5 days in advance. However, we often have “next-day” availability for smaller deliveries—please check the order form for current openings.

Can I change my booking time?

Yes, you can request a change up to 24 hours before your scheduled window. Please contact us directly to see if your new preferred time is available.

Do you offer real-time tracking?

We do not offer a live tracking link. Instead, we focus on direct communication. Our drivers or dispatch team will call or text you when they are en route to the pickup location and again when the delivery is approximately 30 minutes away from the destination.

How will I know when my items have arrived?

Once the delivery is complete, you will receive a confirmation via the contact method provided in your order form (email or text). If you are a commercial client, we can provide a signed Proof of Delivery (POD) upon request.
